Comprehensive Terms of Service for Academeer Inc.

Welcome to Academeer Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Vedic Alignment Services, including our website, consultations, digital materials, and software platforms (collectively, the “Services”).


By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.


1. Scope of Services & Fees

  • Educational and Spiritual Nature: Our Services provide Vedic alignment analysis, astrological chart reviews, and strategic timing insights based on traditional Vedic systems.
  • Consultation Fees: Services are billed as flat, one-time fees on a per-consultation basis. Full consultation fees start at $300 per hour and onwards.
  • No Recurring Billing: Academeer Inc. does not utilize automated recurring subscriptions. Every service or session must be explicitly booked and purchased individually by the client.


2. Absolute Professional Disclaimer

  • Not a Financial Advisor: Academeer Inc. does not provide financial, investment, tax, or wealth management advice. No part of our consultations, strategic timing insights, or reports should be used as a substitute for professional financial planning, accounting, or certified investment advice.
  • Not an Immigration Attorney: We do not provide immigration counsel, legal visa strategies, or advice on citizenship, passport, or residency matters.
  • Not a Legal Advisor: Academeer Inc. does not provide legal advice of any kind. No services or analysis should be used as a substitute for professional legal counsel.
  • Not a Health Consultant or Medical Practitioner: Our consultants are not licensed medical practitioners, doctors, psychiatric specialists, or mental health therapists. Our services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical, mental, or medical condition.
  • Seek Licensed Professionals: You are strictly advised to consult with a certified financial planner, a licensed immigration lawyer, an attorney, or a qualified medical professional for your specific financial, legal, and health-related matters.


3. Voluntary Participation & Client Responsibility

  • Strictly Voluntary Basis: Your participation in any consultation or use of our data is entirely voluntary. You are under no obligation to act upon the insights provided.
  • Data Accuracy: You must provide accurate birth data (date, exact time, and location). We are not responsible for inaccurate analyses resulting from incorrect data provided by you.
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years old to book a consultation or use our Services.


4. Absolute Disclaimer of Outcomes

  • No Warranties or Promises: We make no promises, guarantees, or representations regarding specific life, career, personal, or financial outcomes.
  • Independent Circumstances: Academeer Inc. is not responsible or liable for your individual life choices, personal circumstances, or business outcomes. You remain the sole architect of your life and business decisions.


5. Zero Liability and Indemnification

  • Total Liability Waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Academeer Inc., its officers, employees, and consultants assume zero liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your consultation or use of our Services.
  • Assumption of Risk: You explicitly agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk.
  • Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Academeer Inc. from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from your reliance on the information provided during your session.


6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Proprietary Content: All materials, charts, reports, text, graphics, logos, and frameworks provided through our Services are the exclusive intellectual property of Academeer Inc.
  • Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly display our materials or analysis frameworks without our express written consent.
